Take Action.

We’re calling on you to take action now within your community, school, or place of work to actively educate yourself and colleagues about the risks from terrorism. We know all too well the risk of thinking “it won’t happen to me” - in the last decade we have seen countless attacks of varying motive across the UK, and indeed worldwide, and this shows little sign of relief. By listening to the stories on this website and accessing the further resources available in the Hub, you can start to become a ‘CT citizen’, informed and prepared to be part of the solution.

Your Role.

We all have a part to play in preventing extremism and counterterrorism efforts can only achieve when each and every individual possible is engaged. We, as survivors, know this fact all too well and we can only hope to prevent others from being in our same situation, joining an ‘unfortunate club’ that no one would ever wish to be a part of.

’CT Citizens’.

As the founder of modern policing, Sir Robert Peel, once said 'the police are the public and the public are the police'. We feel this goal strongly, and believe we can all become ‘CT Citizens’ - ensuring that terrorists do not succeed in their aim to cause terror by educating one another on how best to build resilience and mitigate the effects of these incidents.
