Jozef Bywalec

Jozef currently serves on our talented team of analysts. In addition to his work with the Project, he works as a civil servant and holds an MLitt in Terrorism and Political Violence from the University of St Andrews. His interests include geopolitics, the evolution of terrorist and extremist ideologies, and how these beliefs influence behaviour.

Jozef previously volunteered for the Project as a video editor from 2021-2023. Since then, he has supported the charity by expanding its network, developing digital content, and contributing his expertise in research and policy analysis.

He is driven by a deep commitment to understanding and combating the impacts of terrorism, striving to support those affected in rebuilding their lives. Looking ahead, he aims to continue advocating for survivors and raising public awareness of the challenges they face.
