Institute for Social Responsibility: Victims of Terrorism and State Responses Conference

I was today invited to return to my alma mater, Edge Hill University, to deliver a speech at their academic conference on “Victims of Terrorism and State Responses”. The conference, with Lord Carlile as keynote speaker, was funded by the Modern Law Review and the University’s Institute of Social Responsibility, and organised by the Law Department in conjunction with the Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Peace Foundation.
