Speaking at Victims’ Congress in Nice

Whilst attending the International Congress for Victims of Terrorism in Nice, I was invited to deliver remarks on stage on the final day, delivering a section of the Conference’s “Victims’ Manifesto” in the English translation alongside 13 other victim attendees delivering separate sections in each of their respective languages.
